Design Build Process

Meet

The first step in the pre-construction process would be to have an initial meeting to discuss the concept, design, concerns, needs, desires, and budget. Once a plan is in place, a pre-construction agreement should be signed to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Design

To design a project, you need to create a detailed plan, determine the layout, conduct feasibility studies, and create plans concept designs.

Estimating / Budget

After figuring out what it will take, An Itemized breakdown of costs for materials and labor will be written up and sent over.

Develop

Developing a property involves several crucial steps, including permits, engineering, drainage, a geotechnical and a biologist report. A preconstruction packet with selected finishes and all necessary information for building will be made.

Build

We provide start to finish services. Overseeing all work from breaking ground to final inspections to make sure the customer is happy.

Warranty

We provide a warranty for up to one year on any General Contracting services. After a warranty has expired we offer on call handy-man services.
